Homeowner Assocciation Meetings

The Butterfield Junction Homeowners Association is required by its bylaws to have -- at a minimum -- one meeting scheduled yearly.  Meeting notifications are sent to lot / homeowners at least 10 days in advance.

Homeowner Association Dues

The monthly assessment for all property owners is $600.00 in semi-annual installments of $ 300.00, due on January 1st and July 1st. 

Dues are payable in advance to  Butterfield Junction Homeowners Association, and should be mailed to P. O. Box # 783, Pilot Point, Texas 76258.
